Fix-ed Selected To Be Showcased On Australia By Design: Innovations On Channel Ten

On the back of winning an Australian Good Design Award earlier in the year, Fix-ed was invited to take part in Channel Ten's program, 'Australia By Design: Innovations', hosted by Dr Brandon Gien.

The film crew arrived out to the school this morning for a jam-packed session, as Fix-ed staff and students eagerly explained more about how our human centred design and repair program runs.

The group then made their way to program partners Bolton Clarke (Talbarra Retirement Village), where students have previously donated a repaired mobility scooter after carrying out research with retirement village residents.

With more scooters soon to be donated to the community and other exciting projects on the horizon, Fix-ed staff Dwayne Scicluna, Stephen Robinson and Tom Allen, alongside the passionate students will continue to work hard to create positive social impact.

The staff and students appreciate the opportunity to share the program with a wide audience.
