Active Scooters Repair Sessions Gets The Fix-ed Students Solving Problems

John Messenger of Active Scooters led the fix-ed class, which gave the students an excellent understanding about mobility scooters and their common users. He also described his journey to starting the business and provided strong inspiration for the students.

Our collaborator, Active Scooters has currently donated a range of broken mobility scooters to the school. Once students have completed their primary and secondary research into ageing and mobility, students will repair and adapt the scooters for specific people in the community who need them most.
